Orders can be placed by phone, online, fax, email or US Mail. Please try to include your customer number but we understand if you don’t have it on hand. The most important information is your name and phone number.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal/Company checks, Money orders and PayPal transfers. We ask that all orders are prepaid but we also offer C.O.D (an additional $10.00 UPS cod charge) and payment terms available upon approval. USD funds only.

Shortages must be reported within TEN days of receipt of merchandise.
We are more than happy to assist our customers in securing special orders, however, inbound freight will be charged on all special orders. Minimum quantities and additional shipping charges may apply. Please do not send us stuff to match, create, fix or restore without first discussing it with us. We love to tinker with parts but we would like to know what to look for. We cannot be held responsible for samples shipped to us for analysis.
Yes! Sometimes it happens. In the event that we must back order an item, we do our very best to alert you at the time of the order. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship all parts in stock and subsequently ship backordered items upon their arrival to our shelves.
All returns require prior authorization from us. Merchandise must be returned, prepaid, within 60 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All cut-to-order items are non-refundable. Merchandise may not be used or altered in any way and must be in the original condition in which it was sold.
