All returns require prior authorization from us. Merchandise must be returned, prepaid, within 60 days of receipt to receive credit. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns. Merchandise in saleable condition will be accepted; merchandise that has been used or altered in any way will not be accepted. Items cut to order are non-refundable. Special order items are not returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
